Life in Switzerland is characterized by deadlines and capital, focused on stress and achieving goals. Our high-performance society has lost many of its interpersonal qualities. We hardly know our neighbours, walking anonymously and quickly, where even a simple greeting from strangers feels unsettling.
Another world begins 200km south of Zurich, on the southern slope of the Alps. A world that is not perfect, but where the appreciation for the beauty of life is still lived every day. This world is my retreat.
